Service Providers (Processors)

  • Shopify Inc.: our e-commerce platform provider. Shopify processes your order data, payment data, and account data on our behalf. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
  • Shopify Payments / Stripe: payment processing. Payment card data is handled under PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and is not stored by Kanen Coffee.
  • QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.): accounting and invoicing. Order and transaction information may be synced for business accounting purposes.
  • Shipping carriers: including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers, who receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order.

Analytics and Advertising Partners

  • Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): we use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and marketing tags on our website. Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data to help us understand site traffic and user behavior. See Google's Privacy Policy. You may opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram Pixel): we use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to serve relevant ads. Categories of personal information collected in the last 12 months: identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and inferences drawn from the above. We have not knowingly collected personal information from consumers under age 16.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at service@kanencoffee.com and we will promptly delete such information.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
