The class was fun. Astrid and Julian were great in covering the basics and gave us tips on how to master latte art.
An absolutely wonderful afternoon with Astrid and Julian; great instruction and we moved pretty quickly from basics of frothing to, by the end, pouring hearts, tulips and rosetta(-adjacent) art, all within the span of two hours. Fantastic way to spend a few hours on a lazy Saturday, and the goodie back was a fun treat!
Part worked perfectly, will order again! My only gripe is that I had no tracking Information or confirmation of the purchase until it showed up.
I am very happy with my Baratza Encore ESP Pro Conical Burr Grinder. It was very easy to set the perfect grind for my espresso machine. My espresso is exactly how I like it with great crema.
I love my machine. The included manufacturers instructions are a bit spartan, but I was able to figure it out and the grind quality is excellent. i feel like this has made a major difference to my brewing experience.
