I went to Kanan in person and looked at/tried the various grinders to see what would work best for my kitchen and setup. The person who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made the sale much easier.

I just went there to see in-person the Lelit machines (among others). I was able to touch them and feel its construction. The guys there are well knowledgeable about all of them and will give you proper recommendations. Unfortunately they are not currently shipping abroad. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend.

My beloved Lelit Elizabeth stopped working because all the hard water over the years left a ton of scale deposits. I shipped the Lelit to Kanen and they were able to restore it to her previous glory. 10/10!

I found Kanen Coffee to be incredibly helpful. I was interested in buying a new espresso machine, which is a big investment. After researching models online, I was hesitant to buy a new machine to have delivered to me in case it could be damaged en-route to my home. Enter Kanen Coffee. I emailed them and got a response to my questions within a day. I came by the following week and Adam walked me through the machine and gave me some info. Julian also chimed in and gave me feedback on if it was a good purchase and if I needed any other accessories. They didn't try to pressure or upsell me, but just gave me honest feedback - including mentioning other brands that they didn't carry in case I was interested.

Once I was ready to buy, they were more than happy to open a new box for me to inspect and confirm that there was no prior damage (to avoid needing to bring it back).

I really appreciated how transparent and simple the process was, and I would absolutely recommend this business to others and will be coming back if I ever need repairs (hopefully not) or purchasing some new items.
