Ship Your Machine for Repair

Not local to Berkeley? No problem. We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the United States.

Before You Ship

Contact us first so we can confirm we service your machine and walk you through the process.

How to Pack Your Machine

  • Use the original box if you have it — it is designed for the machine
  • If not, double-box it: put the machine in one box, then place that box inside a larger one with at least 3 inches of padding on all sides
  • Pack the portafilter, water tank, and drip tray inside the box with the machine — do not ship the machine without them
  • Wrap fragile parts (steam wand, knobs) in bubble wrap
  • Include your name, phone number, and a brief description of the problem inside the box

Where to Ship

Email or call us to confirm the exact shipping address before sending your machine. We will provide the address and any additional instructions.

  • Use FedEx or UPS Ground — they handle heavy packages better than USPS
  • Insure the package for the machine's full replacement value
  • Get a tracking number and keep it until your machine is returned

What Happens Next

  1. We receive your machine and perform a full diagnostic
  2. We contact you with a written estimate before any work begins
  3. You approve (or decline) — no surprises
  4. We repair it, test it, and send you a short video of it running
  5. We ship it back and send you the tracking info

Return shipping cost is added to your invoice. We pack it carefully — same standard we use for our own machines.
