Deposit
To give you the best service possible, we will need to test your machine thoroughly before we can write an estimate. This requires a deposit when you drop off your machine. Don't worry, this deposit will go toward your repair if you approve the estimate. However, if we can't fix your machine or you decline the repair, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is $205 for La Marzocco and Jura machines. It is $154 for all other machines.
Rates
We charge $205 an hour for La Marzocco, Jura and Miele (Miele countertop version only, no built-in units).

Residential
We are glad to offer our repair services for your residential coffee machines! Whether it's a simple tune-up or a major overhaul, we can handle it with care and expertise.
Commercial Machines
We service commercial La Marzocco machines inside and outside the shop. We need to make sure we have enough space in the shop before you drop off your commercial La Marzocco machine. Please confirm via email that we can take your machine. service@kanencoffee.com. We have a separate repair policy for commercial repairs performed outside our shop. Please refer to the contract you signed with Kanen Coffee, LLC for this policy.
Appointment
The appointment is just for dropping off your espresso machine. We will send you the estimate within 2 weeks of receiving it. The whole repair process takes about 4 weeks. Thank you for your trust and patience!

Kanen Coffee, LLC. offers generous 90-day parts and service warranty for all the repairs that we have done on your machine. This means that you can enjoy your coffee with peace of mind, knowing that we stand behind our work and will fix any issues that may arise within the warranty period.
