Special Order - The Baratza Sette 270Wi Espresso Grinder is a high-quality coffee grinder from the well-known brand Baratza. It offers three programmable weight settings, allowing you to easily control the amount of coffee you grind. With its stepless grinder adjustment, you can also customize the size of the grounds to suit your preference.
Julian (Lead Tech): “The Sette is a really interesting grinder because of the unique way it grinds — the inner burr spins and the grinds fall straight down into the portafilter. The 270Wi adds weight-based dosing, which is really precise. The main thing to know about this grinder is that it grinds very fast and very fine, which is great for espresso. Just keep it clean and avoid oily beans.”
The weight-based dosing is genuinely useful — it eliminates the variability of timed dosing. Common maintenance: burr replacement every 2–3 years with daily use. We keep Baratza burrs in stock. Avoid oily beans.
